UC Taekwondo Boot Camp convenes weekly to conduct strenuous group workouts designed to build cardiovascular and muscular endurance as well as camaraderie among club members. Workouts can consist of sprints, distance running, hill/stair running, body weight and core exercises, and plyometric training. 

This class is available to the community for $5 per class. 

Class currently meets Sunday 10am in MPR C. Although the location can be changed through the UCTKD Bootcamp Facebook Page
